• How to utilise efficiently and effective available resources to enhance roads and infrastructure  development e.g. CDF, Fuel Levy, LATF etc.

Interventions/solutions

• Form road committees from location levels to district level. Members of these committees should be democratically elected.
• Prioritisation road projects by wananchi.
• Fungua Njia Initiative- take stock of roads done, to be implemented and naming of roads.
• Maintenance of roads once built.
•  Constituency to acquire equipments e.g. grader, roller, tipper etc.
• Programming and costing of roads prioritised – constituency roads office/engineers.
